5.1 j8.com accepts deposits via GCash, Maya (PayMaya), BPI, BDO, Metrobank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. j8.com reserves the right to modify accepted payment methods at any time with reasonable notice.
5.2 All deposits must originate from payment instruments registered in the Player's own name. Use of payment accounts belonging to third parties is strictly prohibited and may result in account suspension pending investigation.
5.3 Withdrawal requests are subject to identity verification (KYC) completion. Players who have not completed identity verification may have withdrawal requests held pending document submission. 6.1 All bonuses issued by j8.com are subject to specific wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover" requirements) before any winnings derived from bonus funds become eligible for withdrawal. Applicable wagering requirements will be stated clearly at the time each bonus is offered.

10.3 In no event shall j8.com's aggregate liability to any Player for any claim arising from use of the Services exceed the total amount deposited by that Player in the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
10.4 j8.com will not be liable for service interruptions caused by circumstances beyond its reasonable control, including — without limitation — telecommunications failures, power outages, government actions, natural disasters, or third-party service provider outages.

12.2 Where an account is suspended due to investigation of suspected fraud or Terms violation, funds in the account may be held pending resolution of the investigation. Where fraud is confirmed, account balances will be forfeited.
12.3 Players may request voluntary account closure at any time by contacting j8.com's customer support. Any verified real-money balance in the account at closure will be returned to the Player through their registered payment method, subject to standard withdrawal verification procedures.
